Starlight Distillery Component Tasting

Guests will be greeted with a glass of Stillman St. Chardonnay and Passed Appetizers, followed by a 30 min. Component Tatsing Seminar.
A Four Course Dinner will be served throughout the Interior Parlors.
Course One: Served with a Signature Vodka Cocktail
Grilled Shrimp in Bibb Lettuce with Cucumber Cream
Course Two: Served with Starlight Applejack
Apple and Cheese Empanadas with Cherry Honey
Course Three: Served with Starlight Carl T’s Bourbon or Blackberry Whiskey Classic Manhattan
A dual plate of Grilled Filet Mignon with a Whiskey Pepper Cream and Seared Tuna with a Whiskey Strawberry Salsa
Served with Seasonal Vegetable and Potato
Dessert: Double Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake
